Message from the founder

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As the founder of EdPodium, I am deeply moved by the opportunity to work alongside our passionate global team to transform education in Asia and the Middle East. Since our establishment in California in 2017, with headquarters now in India, we have dedicated ourselves to revolutionizing educational practices across the region. Our goal is to create a comprehensive education ecosystem grounded in the latest research and best practices, empowering teachers and leaders, positively impacting children and families, and paving the way for a brighter future for generations to come.

Our partnership with Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU), founded in 1851, reflects our dedication to excellence. Together, we offer transformative educational training, support the creation of innovative schools, and collaborate on school improvement initiatives, equipping educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive meaningful change.

We understand the challenges educators face in Asia and the Middle East, such as integrating best practices, prioritizing social-emotional well-being, and ensuring equitable access to quality education. Addressing these requires a collective commitment. Our trained educators, leaders, and parents serve as powerful change agents, advocating for the Whole Child and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in society.

We invite you to join us on this journey. Your contribution is vital in making a lasting difference in the future of our children. Together, we can revolutionize education and create a brighter, more equitable future for all.

Warm regards,
Umme Salma
